Most orders ship within 1 business day. During high-volume periods, please allow up to 2 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday

  • No weekend or holiday processing

  • Processing time is separate from transit time

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Transit Time:
Typically 5–8 business days after shipment.

Delivery timing may vary based on destination and seasonal carrier demand.

 


 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email so you can follow its journey in real time.

If tracking isn’t received within 2 business days, please check spam or contact support.

 


 

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on retail orders over $50 within the continental United States.

  • Threshold applies before taxes and discounts

  • Must be selected at checkout

  • The carrier is chosen at our discretion

 


 

Expedited Shipping

Faster shipping options are available at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are carrier-provided

  • Transit time is outside our control once shipped

  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable for carrier delays

 


 

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

If this happens, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.

 


 

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Once submitted:

  • Changes may not be possible

  • Carrier rerouting fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled

 


 

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact support so we can assist with carrier claims.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A verified defect

  • A fulfillment error
