Apparel
All apparel items are Final Sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, style preferences, or change of mind.
Defects or Fulfillment Errors
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Submit claims within 30 days of delivery with:

If confirmed, a replacement will be issued at no cost.
Warehouse Gear & Accessories
Stocked items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet the Still New Rule:

No wear or damage
Pickleball Paddles
To qualify for return:

Factory grip seal intact

No court use
-
No edge guard wear
Once used in play or the grip seal is removed, paddles are no longer eligible for return.
Balls & Grips
Returnable only if unopened.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is:
