We stand behind the gear we make. This page provides a simplified overview of our Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty.

  • Buy from us or an authorized dealer 

  • Paddle warranty lasts up to 1 year 

  • Manufacturer defects are covered 

  • Misuse, accidents, and normal wear are not covered

Paddle Warranty Coverage

Dinkistry paddles are warranted against major defects in materials and workmanship under normal play.

Coverage Period

  • Six (6) months from date of receipt

  • Extended up to one (1) year where registration requirements are met

Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Valid in the United States and Canada.


What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Workmanship issues

  • Missing components

If it failed because of how it was made, we’ll make it right.


What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper use or misuse

  • Negligence or abuse

  • Accidents or impact damage

  • Transportation damage

  • Acts of nature

  • Failure to follow care instructions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic fading or graphic wear

  • Commercial or rental use

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers


Apparel

All apparel items are Final Sale and not eligible for warranty coverage unless a manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery.


Authorized Retailers

If purchased through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer within 30 days for return or exchange inquiries before submitting a warranty claim.

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or resale marketplaces are not covered.


Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, refuse delivery if possible and notify us immediately. Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.


What We’ll Do

If a covered defect is verified, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product with the same model

If discontinued, a comparable replacement may be issued.

Replacement products inherit the original warranty period.
